The interior was well kept but not appealing. It was not modern, and the carpets appeared stained and worn. The decorations on the wall were confusing as they depicted photographs of the Eiffel Tower and the Evergreen mountains, which did not seem to match with the rest of the theme of a Chinese restaurant. Some of the decorations were of Chinese decent, but they were sparse.

The restaurant appeared to have been recently cleaned. The wall hangings were dusted, and the windows and glass doors were free of smudges and fingerprints. Additionally, the furniture was free of chips and looked great. Based on the appearance of the restaurant, I felt comfortable eating at this establishment.

The items were individually packaged. The entree and rice were packaged in a divided styrofoam box, and the Cheese Fried Wontons and the crunchy noodles were packaged in clear bags. The soup and the sweet and sour sauce were packaged in clear, well sealed bowls. The styrofoam box was placed in a plastic carrying bag with a wrapped fortune cookie on top. The other items were stacked neatly in a brown paper bag that was folded at the top. Plastic utensils were not provided; however, they were readily available at a condiment station. All of the bags and containers were clean on the outside with no drips or stains. The restaurant was conveniently located, and parking was readily available. My order was received in a reasonable amount of time, and it was correct.

None of the servers wore nametags, and their command of the English language was limited, so I was not certain of my server's name. However, all staff members were polite and pleasant and worked quickly to take and fill customer orders.

Sussie greeted our party immediately. She was friendly and smiled throughout our visit. Direct eye contact was maintained. The server was attentive and kept our drinks refilled and the soiled dishes removed from the table. Our every need was anticipated by Sussie. When I asked about the beverages and the take-out items available, she answered each question with thoroughness and precision. Her customer service skills were above average.

There were two people behind the counter. One was a female, and the other was a boy about 12 years old. He was the one answering the phone. No one in the restaurant wore a nametag or uniform. Service was timely and polite, and food was delivered in a reasonable amount of time.

The Lo Mein was provided in an aluminum plate with a plastic cover to keep the noodles hot and moist. The Chicken Wings and Shrimp Egg Roll were placed in crisp bags. Included with my order were utensils and soy sauce. My order was accurate, and I received it in a timely manner. The packaging kept everything hot, and it was still how when I got home.

Sun was amiable and helpful but did not fully understand English. When I asked about their specialty items, she showed me the lunch specials on the menu. I ordered two different dishes. One had white rice, and one had fried rice; however, Sun provided both with white rice. The orders were brought out in stapled bags, so I was unable to know one was incorrect until I opened the bag and removed each dish.

The containers for the Szechuan shrimp and the rice were in fine condition. The steamed dumplings needed something larger, so they would not stick together when opened. Utensils were not received with the order, and none were offered. I was told the sauces were on a table near the door. My order was filled accurately in eight minutes and 47 seconds. Customer parking was found easily, and the restaurant and parking area were accessed easily from the street.
